Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a charming vibe with complimentary wine and sherry in the rooms and a lovely view over the rooftops. However, some rooms lacked windows, which was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, especially the restaurant manager who went above and beyond to assist us.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was luxurious with a high ceiling and a free standing bath in the bedroom. We lounged in our dressing gowns and marveled at the beautiful high windows. The service was top-notch, especially the attentive duty manager and the excellent restaurant manager during our evening meal. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city center within walking distance of everything we needed. Dining was a treat with delicious dishes, though I was expecting my eggs a bit sooner. The facilities were fantastic, catering to all our needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, but the lack of a bath was a downside for me. On the bright side, having a free-standing bath in the bedroom was a unique touch. The complementary drinks were a nice touch, although the placement of the kettle was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel is located in the center of the city and offers a great view over the rooftops. The rooms are spacious with a large double bed that was extremely comfortable, and breakfast with balloons was a nice touch. The restaurant manager on duty went above and beyond, making our dining experience unforgettable. However, the area can be a bit dark at night.
