The period features throughout the building are just so cool. The floors and corridors still show the old bank's charm and the spa, located in the vaults, is very nice. I even got a free room upgrade, and the reception staff were super friendly!

friendly staffunsafe feelused underwear
the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and polite and helped us in any way they could.
The room was directly off the bar, it felt unsafe as it had its own set of stairs inside the bedroom. ALSO, the second bedroom door was not able to be locked. the problem WAS that we discovered used female underwear in our room. there SHOULD be a level of basic hygiene and cleanliness and this clearly hadn't been met.
